Disclaimers
Effective: 25 August 2026
These disclaimers form part of the Terms of Use. They matter because Rare Human speaks about human capability, vitality, mind, and creation — areas where people sometimes look for advice we cannot responsibly give.
1. Not professional advice
Rare Human's philosophy, standard, practices, and any material on the Site are for general information and reflection only. They are not professional advice and must not be relied on as such — this includes medical, mental-health, nutritional, fitness, financial, investment, legal, and safety advice.
Always seek a qualified professional for your situation. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here.
2. Health, wellbeing and physical practice
Rare Human touches on vitality, the body, and the mind. Any practice, routine, or idea described is not a treatment, diagnosis, or cure, and is not tailored to you.
- Consult a doctor before starting or changing any exercise, dietary, or wellbeing practice, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication.
- Stop and seek help if anything causes pain, distress, or harm.
- You take part in any practice at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own health decisions.
If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional or a trusted person. This Site is not a crisis service.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
Rare Human is something you practise, not something that is done to you. We make no promise of any particular result — capability, performance, wellbeing, income, recognition, or otherwise. Any example, story, or illustration is not a typical result and not a guarantee. What you get depends on many things outside our control.
4. AI-assisted content and translation
Some material on the Site, and some translations, may be produced or assisted by AI tools and then reviewed by us. We work to keep everything accurate, but AI-assisted content can contain errors or omissions. The English version is authoritative; translations are for convenience. Tell us at legal@rarehuman.ai if you spot a mistake.
Where you interact with an automated system on the Site, we will make that clear, consistent with applicable transparency law.
5. Forward-looking statements
The Site may describe plans, future features (member accounts, practices, specialists, commerce, agent tooling), and directions for Rare Human, WorldAuth, and WorldAEO. These are statements of intent, not commitments. They may change or not happen, and you should not rely on them for any decision.
6. Testimonials, examples and third parties
Any quotes, testimonials, or examples reflect individual views and experiences and are not promises of your results. References to third parties, standards, or organisations do not imply their endorsement of us, or ours of them.
7. Security and availability
We work hard to keep the Site secure and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities. Use it accordingly.
8. Where this leaves you
None of these disclaimers removes rights you have under mandatory law (for example consumer protection), and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
