Who
RareHuman is a brand of UIE Ltd, London. UIE Ltd is the data controller for anything you send through this site. Write to hello@rarehuman.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the two forms: an enquiry (the outcome, your interest, your name and email) or a Private enquiry (the outcome, context, your name and email). The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Our host keeps ordinary access logs for a short period.
Why
To reply. An enquiry is read by an operator and answered within a working day. The lawful basis is the step you asked us to take, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
Who sees it
An operator at RareHuman, and the people we introduce to you, by name only, once you have agreed to an introduction. Identity verification runs through WorldAuth under its own terms; we never receive more than a verification result. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
How long
Briefs and requests are kept for twelve months after the last exchange, then deleted. Engagement records are kept for as long as the person represented chooses to carry them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by email. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
