Plain terms for using this site and dealing with RareHuman. Last revised September 2026.
The operator
RareHuman is operated by UIE Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its office in London. These terms govern the site and any enquiry or request you send through it. An engagement is governed by the written agreement that follows, which takes precedence over these terms.
Enquiries
An enquiry costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. We aim to reply within a working day. We may decline an enquiry without giving a reason.
Accounts and listing
Opening an Account does not guarantee recognition, and an enquiry about Private does not guarantee a relationship. Anyone listed has been verified for identity, authority and record. Availability shown on the site is maintained by the person and by RareHuman and is indicative until confirmed in writing.
Money
RareHuman never holds client funds. Payment for an engagement passes between the parties on the terms agreed between them; RareHuman's fees are invoiced separately and stated before any engagement begins.
The site
The content of this site, including the marks, is owned by UIE Ltd. You may not copy the listings or scrape the site. The site is provided as it is; we do not warrant that it is free of error. Our liability for use of the site is limited to what the law does not allow us to exclude.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
